Senior Java Developers
About this role
This is for a Lead Java Developers for our client’s Budapest software engineering and quality assurance team.
Expected to help recruit other strong Java software engineers and experienced quality assurance engineers and to successfully grow the team
Work closely with our product managers and application developers in multiple global locations.
We are seeking someone with a keen interest in application usability, an appreciation for quantitative programming skills, experience with test-driven development practices, and the ability to critically understand and analyze products’ future development options.
The person will play a hands-on role in Java development, in addition to guiding other developers.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Masters Degree preferred.
Good manager of people and enthusiastic leader
Software engineering experience on the Windows XP/2000/2003 platform.
Senior-level experience with Java UI technologies (Java Swing or JSP or AJAX), JDK 1.5, JUnit,
Advantage: HP/Mercury QTP knowledge
Excellent communications skills and English fluency
Strong interest in financial investment domain.
